Terms & Conditions

 

The 6-month security deal includes free cover from the date of joining until 28th February 2025.

 

The remaining 3 months membership (1st March – 31st May 2025) at the total cost of £373.75 to be paid in full, on the day of joining. Payment can be made by BACS, cheque or cash.

 

You must sign up for next year’s membership (our membership year runs from 1st June - 31st May) and pay via Yearly Direct Debit.  A signed and completed Direct Debit form must be returned along with the Resident Information Form.

 

Offer is valid from Friday 1st November 2024 until Friday 6th December 2024. You must sign up and join the scheme within this period.
